Well the Pathy 550 has gone and been replaced by a Touareg R line. I cant say the Pathy was a great vehicle as it didn't age well. After 3 years and 86,000K it had had its intercooler and turbo replaced and the were on going issues with the auto trans. Dealer said there was nothing wrong but clearly there was.
Good deal on the Touareg and whilst it has short comings in some areas ie spacesaver spare and no low range overall it should prove a better tug with 240kw and 800nm. Tow hitch and all the necessary bits a bit expensive at $2800 but then again it will have all the bits needed for the new van which comes in October a New Age 23ft Oz Classic. The Panda gets its last run in about 5 weeks up to Cooktown and back mid September.
