Hi all,

I am wondering what others have done for insurance for the Panda.

Our latest premium is $750:brick: through NRMA and seems to expensive.

It would be NSW so we can compare apples with apples.

Cheers

Yeah CIL for us too 2012 17.56.1OB with annexe $45k replacement value or replaced with new van in the first two years, $1000 for contents $47 per month. They were the cheapest on comparison with their competitors by a fair way, I called at least 6 of the big insurers for comparison.

stuart we have been dropping the NRMA slowly as things come up for renewal they just seem to be getting to dear. NRMA was to be $900 for us so we changed to AAMI for $700 that's on $45k no contents.

edit NSW Rego.

CIL was $580 for a 2013 17.56.1, the RACV was $650, for the full time of the policy the van is valued/insured for $45000.

We too are with CIL when there was all the debate about whether or not they covered anything stolen from a van with canvas ends, which I am assured they now do, my broker advised me to stay with them as they had the better policy and that 99% of anything stolen from my van would be covered under my home and contents AD policy anyway.
