Hot water issue on mains

Hi all
Looking for some help or ideas.
We have an issue with hot water currently.

Note the water is always hot.

When on pump we get hot water. When on mains with the pump turned off we get no pressure what so ever from kitchen nor bathroom.

We have changed the temperant valve as there was some discussion that these had caused issues for some people.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

There must be a non return valve the wrong way before the pump on the inlet line that you plug the hose to .

We had some warranty work to rectify some leaks @Antman .... Ended up with the same issue as you have now.
When repairing the leaks they also fitted an aftermarket non return valve where the water feeds into the hot water system as some people had issues with water feeding back to the kitchen hand pump but installed it back to front!!!!!!
I had a good look around and couldn't find anything wrong so took it back. 3 guys looking for the issue for 25 minutes with no luck..... The guy that did the original install/repair work walked out and fixed it in 3 minutes as he remembered where it was fitted (Hidden up behind the kitchen drawers)

thanks guys,
turns out that there is another pressure valve between the two tanks. This was causing the issue. I don't understand why but that was the cause.... strange.
