Hello one and all

Question on how you store your bed end storm covers (rolled up, folded etc?) what you store them in and where in the van when in transit?

cheers

We have the holiday annex bed ends and in between trips it's rolled up in the pocket they supplied it in.

During a trip where we are making more then one stop we just fold it up and lay it on the floor of the van while we travel. It's one of the last things we remove when packing up and one of the first when setting up so it's never in the way.

We have the Jayco bed end covers and they also roll up and get placed in the supplied bags. They get stored under the dinette seat behind the pull out draw.... Easy to get to if the weather changes!

Folded up in the bag they came in and slid into the front boot. Very quick and easy to get out and install if needed,(5mins). Always dry them out when not going to use them by hanging over the tug roof rack.

Are these the shade cloth type of storm covers?
No, proper storm covers, the shade cloth ones are called 'Privacy screens' and are not storm covers, rain will get through. I leave my privacy screen on all the time as they clip back from the edge. Both can be on at the same time, PScreen can be clipped up under bed end lid prior to folding bed end up for traveling. Storm cover needs to be removed as you can't fold bed end up with it attached. Will try to find pic of both and post here
