Just been through some teally heavy rain in Bundy. Got to the Noosa North Shore and found some brown liquid in bottom of alum mould in doorway.. wiped it off and next day more. Pulled a screw out and a slow flow happened . I pulled the door way plastic step mould out and underneath was full of water. I would suggest this is a common problem .It turns out that at the front back corner of the step box wasnt sealed just welded. Here is the pic with the plywood removed to dry out.
