16' Series help please cannot get my toilet to work

Hi Nathan,
What model Expanda? Is it the combo Shower/Toilet type with it's own flushing water storage?
If so, check that the 12V Battery switch is turned on. Also there is a fuse under the toilet. Remove the cassette and it will be visible on the back wall of the cavity. Give these a try and let us know.

Hi Nathan. If the problem is that the flush is not working, you might need to turn the 12 volt pump switch on. My Expanda's toilet gets its flush water exclusively from the on-board water tanks - even when the van is connected to mains supply. (Just make sure you have water in the on-board tanks before trying this).
We had a problem with our toilet when the circuit board behind the "buttons" had slipped out of its retaining lugs and so no amount of pressing was making any contact. I did a lookup on on the remove the outside panel - can't remember how I did it now, but it was easy to do.
