16' Series Hello There

Hi All
I just purchased an Expanda 16-49-4 from a Swan..... Loving it!!!! I am hearing stories about the bed ends getting wet through the canvas. Can anyone tell any experiences about this.

The short answer is that the bed ends are canvas and if you lay against them when it is wet then naturally the water will seep through the canvas no matter what you do.
So two options.
1. Move all items away from canvas (can be difficult)
2. Kit yourself up with some waterproof bed ends.

So search the forum for bed ends and you will come up with a plethora of options.

Thanks Brad I like the waterproof bed bends idea. I also just found someone who made their own from plastic bought at Bunnings. I think I will give that a try.
