I thought I should give Credit where credit is due, so here's the story:

On our trip to the cape, I had a driving light fall out of the bull bar, washer nut and all. The bull bar steel had cracked away around the light mounting point. When we got home, I went back to ARB in Adelaide to show them what had happened, they immediately offered to replace the bar, which was less than 12 months old, however, would not replace my driving lights. I was happy about the bar, but not being out $600 to replace lights that wouldn't have needing replacing if the bar had not failed. I let ARB know this on the Facebook Page.

Within 24 hours, Sam from ARB had contacted me to confirm what had happened, he then agreed to also replace the driving lights, with a comparable from the ARB range.

Today the new bar and driving lights were fitted.

I am really impressed that a company was willing to stand behind its product and reputation. Well Done!

It's a bit disappointing that they only reacted after you made a public noise about it though.....

Oh, that's different then. My mistake.

I don't think its different regardless of whether private or public.

Its great that they stood behind their product and fixed a warranty issue as they are required to do by law. This is what i would call good service in this day and age as sometimes getting that done is like pulling nails through a fine tooth comb.

I would have called it Great Customer Service if they had of fixed your entire issue in the first instance without the need for you to have to think about what they should have done and then to spend further time re-contacting them.
