Q3 do you use a cover to protect it?
have one on the 40L. . . . . . . . not bothered with the 30L. . . . . . dont need one on the 15L

Q4 how would you change the cover if you could?
in your picture, see where the zippers are...........
very hard to undo the clip on the lid of the 40L as there is not much room to do it, if it was me, I would have it come down like a tongue or to a V under where the clip is (had to explain, but I have seen some of the newer covers from Engel like that - but I dont need another cover my self

Agree with @bigcol . We have 2 of the 40L Engels, both with covers and the only problem is the opening clasp on the engel. One of ours gets opened a lot and the cover is wearing thin in that spot as you have to stretch it to open the engel, and the metal clasp rubs each time. Otherwise they are great.

I've just got a Waeco cfx95 and the only thing I don't like about the cover is the Velcro to the lid access area with my cf40 it's a zip and works great but might be hard to put a zip on the 95 with 2 lids though when
You only want to access one side
Cheers
