0 from 2 last night not a good start for the weekend. Got tickets for knights v cowboys tonight, should be a good game! Go the Knights although not real confident!

"Friday night/weekend footy". What do you mean Burnsey, neither knights or cowboys play footy. There's only 18 teams in the real footy league and those aren't there....

Or do you mean that odd little game up north?

Havibg said that I also picked 0 from 2 so far in NRL.
I was winning all 3 footy tipping comps a couple of weeks ago but have let the others catch up....still a long way to go

I lived in NSW for nearly 50 years before moving to Qld. Love Qld but originally NSW so state of origin I have to support the Blues. I must admit it has been a bit harder the last few years but our day is coming.

I will say this, quietly....I love watching the State of Origin.
I went to the very first Melbourne State of Origin game at the MCG back in June '94...85000 people there.

It's really the only time I'll watch it on telly.

BTW, it's a bit rich calling it footy, they only kick it maybe a dozen times a game....................hehe

Didn't even know it was being played here in Vic'. I suppose its only fair, as we are pretty good at Rugby.:wof: It make sense having one neutral venue, then there can be no whinging.
