Old caravans in good condition are going for good prices. That one looks like it has been renovated.
I have a mate who is selling a really good one.
However there are older Expandas than that. Funny its a really old idea.

Have to say we nearly bought a Cabana before we found a 1986 Coleman Easy Tow back in 2010. Picked up for 4K and sold it for the same money 2 years later.
