It is in extremely good condition and will be a great buy for someone looking for an Expanda. It comes standard with 2.2 Herron reverse cycle A/C. Double Bed one end and Queen Bed the other. It has full wrap around couch with cafe seating on the other side, 3 burner gas stove and single electric element. 90lt 3 way fridge which works great.
