Sorry to see it go @hamish22 :( . Best of luck with the sale, I'm sure you will get a great price for such a well kept, well optioned and versatile van. These 'back door' expanda's are very, very rare indeed.
For anyone thinking of buying it, the back door on these vans is so convenient. We fold up the bottom bunk bed and load the pushbikes through the back door,

and its a great spot to store the sports gear, bags, helmets, body armour etc.. We have modified ours now, keeping our top bunk in place for our son to sleep on and removed the bottom bunk and replaced it with a homemade 1/2 bed width size shelf, storage on the top of the shelf and underneath and still with the ability to fold it up when we want to. Very handy.
Best of luck @hamish22

Van is now staying home with us!
Took a long time, a great Engineer who overseered the whole thing, some great work from @Burnsy and
some persistent persuasion from @Woodduck and @Burnsy !

We are now a happy family but it came at one cost for me, but I'm sure I will get over it!

Will post more about it in the tech section a little later!

cheers!
