Fonty's pool caravan park is a really nice park clean new ablution facilities huge grassy sites TV antenna connections on the power poles , pet friendly and friendly eager to please staff, fire boxes are available for a camp fire and milk crates full of wood are sold in the park.
BUT....... The ablution block although it is new and clean it is no where near enough to cater for a packed park on school holidays , 3 cubicles and 3 showers for the men and same for the ladies plus two family ensuites is quite a bit light on for a park of this size, unfortunately we are camped right next to the ablutions and noise from the hand dryers and the constant traffic is a bit of a nuisance . We had to book for a minimum of 4 nights over Easter , our friends were unable to stay the extra night so it makes them a bit expensive for them, prices $39 per couple per night + $10 for each kid $50 dog bond .
Now on to the campers........ Can honestly say I have experienced some of the most inconsiderate campers in any park I've stayed in early morning noise driving too fast amongst the worst of lack of caravan park etiquette , one group just up from us had the cp staff come and mark their site with a paint line on ground because some members of the group next to them were sitting on their site then they constantly walk through the back of everyone else's site including ours on the way to the dunnies WTF? Anyway rant over, despite all the minor annoyances we are having a great weekend with great friends . Would I stay her again? Yeah sure just not on school holidays and I'd ask to be away from the ablutions
Cheers Grant

Good write-up @Capt. Gadget
Some of your comments above are the reasons we stay home during certain times of the year.
Have added Fonty's to our to visit list :)
