Folding kitchen bench

Thought I would share some photos of the folding bench i put in my 17.56-2.
It is mounted against the sink bench and folds up to hold items temporarily such as washing up or food prep, although if careful you can squeeze past.
The brackets are sold at a large hardware store as desk shelf stays.
Works a treat and has made the director of war and peace very happy and therefore I too am happy!!:kiss:

Great work Geoff, hmmm i bet i will be building one of these soon as the betterhalf has seen it! Does it impede the use of the fridge door?
