Electric Fence

Anyone take an electric fence on holidays with them?

With a bit of effort I can stop cattle, dogs, and crocadiles from getting too close to the van so I can have a good nights sleep. 7.2A/Hr for 5 days.

I've got plenty of tape and insulators from my old dog that loved her freedom so it seems a cheap investment.

The other week I was thinking I shouldn't have given away my Fence energizer to my old neighbour, could have used it at Bingara to make sure the horses didn't rub against the van..............battery job the only way to go.

and for keeping them in!

Seems also like a good idea for preventing people using your site as a thoroughfare!

Amen to that, That's one thing that really craps me off especially when they virtually walk under your awning

Then you need a knapsack sprayer, keep the ground moist for maximum zap even wearing shoes if wet enough.
