Our 150ltr fridge is not working on 240 volt [16.49.2] is still under warranty just have to present it to local service guy , might ask if he does house calls , its a bit of a bugger to get my van out .

booked in for next year BAD luck if we needed it for xmas the 240 elements blow all the time the dealer told me
Might be different in NSW but I had to take mine to an authorised repairer. They didn't do house calls!!! Lucky I didn't have to travel too far. On the bright side...the fridge works great.
yes we have to get the van to the dealer and it still works on gas an 12 volt all good i think ,The guy doing the repair said he would show me how to swap elements over so i can do it next time , they cost $120.00 a pop
@stormpatrol I assume you're referring to Jayco Newcastle, I'm sure I was told for all of the appliance repairs they go to a authorised specialised service agent & if you want to have an appliance looked at while it's in for other repairs while at Jayco you have to pay a call out fee for the service guy to visit them, so if you have to pay a call out fee you may as well get him to come to you.
