14' Series Dometic Modular Annex kits....Thoughts?

So i found a Dometic modular kit for my caravan for half price, brand new, with skirt.

Question is, are they any good, anyone use them etc?

I looked at them although ended up going for a Australia Wide Annex for the 22.68
I did get a S/H annex for the old van Starcraft it worked a little long and had no pop top fill ins.
How does it work with a pop top.. our S/H annex did not have the pop top fill bits so I had to make up something.
