Creating a countdown timer in signature

So I've seen a few members have countdown timers in their sigs.
I've got this code

But I cant get it to work. It just shows as the text.
Any ideas?

Can't get this to work for me either. Me thinks the website that used to host these counters has changed, anyone know any other way to add a countdown clock?

same instruction as above, there is a link in yellow on that page after you set your date, when you add a picture to your signature use that link....
