So we have found out that the van came offline today. Now the wait wait is on till pickup. Hope it's not too long!

It's going to be 8 long days. Might start cleaning all the stuff that's been sat in the shed for 6 weeks.
So the vans at the dealers in pre delivery. Now it's getting exciting.

Bit disappointed after a closer look at the level of the bunks. Middle bunk looks far to close to the bottom bunk so not in the middle. If you see the Windows outside they are all level so why not the bunks. Calling today. Thoughts?

How exciting! What a great looking van. I didn't realise it was a triple bunk until I saw your comment. You can see by the curtain the bottom bunk is a good amount smaller than the rest. It might be the angle of the photo making it look smaller but I wouldn't want to be the child on the bottom! It looks like they lined it up with the expanda bed rather than placing the three evenly in the space.
Yep that's what I think too and getting grumpier by the minute that it's wrong.
That is ridiculous !!......I would be getting on to them about it for sure and not accepting it, unless there is some lifting setting with the middle bunk ?

Could be the photo, looking at the length of the curtains though the bottom one does still appear closer.
Agree that I wouldn't take delivery until they agree to resolve it if it's not right.

Hi @CrazyMOBB, i just did a search for other internal photos of jayco triple bunks, and while I couldn't find your exact model, all the others are (reasonably) evenly spaced. I'll be surprised if there isn't some kind of mistake - good luck!
