After 7 years of expanda ownership it was time to look for an update for mrs Cracka and I to enjoy. Our choice was the 20.62-2 starcraft outback. It is previously owned yet not used, only completing 3 short trips in 5 years. Not many options other than a bike rack, stone guard and annex. Not to many plans for any mods other than a hitch change to as McHitch.

We picked it up after work last night and have headed down to Canton Beach on the Central coast for a short shakedown trip.

We have same model and find it has adequate space generally, like w/mach. Good bench space, added 2 sirocca fans, improved sealing around bottom of shower door. It is a nice van and travels well our jeep cherokee.

Suggest you try bunnings for seals at bottom of shower screen they were selling plastic h shaped seals had to buy 2m length ,you could cut & fit to bottom of screen needed to warm up to makemore flexible and allow you to push onto screen. Prior to doing that water would splash out. Did notice when looking at jayco show room on newer vans recently they now put bottom seal along bottom of door, maybe can buy from jayco. Dont know where you are but i make trip up to jayco best spare parts i have seen re jayco vans
at heatherbrae ( newcastle area) , otherwise chat to them on phone . Good luck.

Hi Cracka, the jayco fix is to atach a rubber strip along the bottom of the door with an aluminium reinforcing strip. Doesn't appear to be riveted or screwd, maybe some type of adhesive used to atach the rubber and aluminium strips. See pics
