So, washing and vaccing the van on the w/e after a couple weeks at the beach; noticed flys and other dead bugs down in the fly screen behind the window canvas in the pop-up; stuffed around with the vac nozzle trying to get in down there to suck the critters up ... later, when up on step lader towling off the pop-up canvas so I could lower the roof with it dry, I noticed the fly-screens velcro on and off! Much easier to remove bugs that way.

Anyone else discovered any particular cleaning issues / tips?

Well yesterday I decided to undo the range hood ( 4 screws) to see if the light was just a light or if it contained a seperate globe, Nuh you replace the whole thing (want to get LED for it),

Well! while it was apart I decided to give to Rangehood grills a wash as the felt a little greasy, My tip "DO NOT" remove the spring clips that hold them in, they are a P-I-A to put back in.

Just remove the light and was the whole thing, Oh and best to use gloves while handling it, very sharp edges

Have any of you used an electric buffer when polishing the van? - you know the ones you use for your cars....

It's been 6 months since dad polished it for us so now I guess it's my turn....

Can't see how it would hurt. This is the one with the sheepskin cover right?

I think you would need to know what your doing with the electric buff, I'd hate to see you go through the gel coat....the old wax on wax off for me!
