when I was looking about 3 years ago a local Caravan dealer was charging $140 a month just to park in a fenced grass area behind the workshop (bloody rip off), Local Caravan Park was $15 a week, big difference.

Maybe, but if a condition of storage that each van must have its own insurance, shouldn't that cover it?

I am really not sure... It is a shame this day and age that something as simple as providing an opportunity to store some vans needs to have legal ramifications considered.

I'm thinking you would need some form of liability insurance. More so to cover your butt, eg if you have to move a van and some how damage it.
