Caravan Mover

Anyone know whether there would be any issues fitting a caravan mover to an Outback van? I'm guessing that there shouldn't be a problem but just wondered whether anyone knew?

Shouldn't be an issue just the extra weight to contend with may mean a stronger unit is required.

I have seen some large vans at the shows with these movers on them working fine.

They require a crossmember between the motors & would defeat some of the benefit of having simplicity suspension, The video is of some movers fitted to an outback swan & they lost a heap of ground clearance even though it had a custom bracket to make it fold up out of the way.

Oh yeah... I thought you were going to say that it fouled up on something.. If I was going to use that I would have to find a way to remove easily for travelling..(sort of like the second video)
