Hey guys, my wife and I just collected our new expanda and wanna get out there and start enjoying it. I'm wanting to get some ideas/recommendations on what people think would be a great first trip destination to take the van. We like the coast and would probably like a powered site somewhere so we can tinker with the van and learn about all it has to offer. Any good ideas or places would be appreciated.
Dog friendly sites a plus, but not a must.

thanks

thinking more along the lines of lakes entrance way or over that way. Grove and bar won heads are nice but my folks are from there and I could probably drive there or along the great ocean road with my eyes closed now. Wanting to start taking the van to new places that we aren't familiar with. I probably should have it explained myself better from the start......my bad.

Inverloch isn't a bad spot. go with the big four rather than the foreshore. (nothing wrong with the foreshore, but for the first trip, the well layer out sites would be better. Nice town, nice beach etc.

Mount gambier. Or Warnambool.
You could do what we did. Less than a month after picking up our Swift, we had a week in Adelaide. It was the coldest wettest week Adelaide turned on for us!

You just reminded me. Tununda in the heart of the Barossa! If you like a Shiraz, you can't go wrong!
