Very scary, no wonder the kids are upset. No smoke alarms in camper trailers so the guy was lucky he woke with the heat at his back.

Timely reminder for all. Make sure you have a working smoke alarm in your caravan or camper.

Fire spread in this sort of environment is very fast, and getting out of a van, in the dark, full of smoke is much harder than you think.
