boat vs caravan.....why not both

We saw this at this from a distance at the 4wd show a few weeks back. I was just seeing it as a houseboat, and jokingly said something about it being a caravan to the missus. She thought that was a great idea, and I'm saying, 'nah, don't be silly - you couldn't do that'. We went up and took a look at it and the rep comes up and says that's the whole point of it. Caravan on land, houseboat on water.

Very nice piece of kit too!

yeah but how practical is that one. You can only get the boat trailer to the bottom of the ramp, then you need to move it by hand out of the way, to finish moving the van into the position on the site. Or else unhitch the van, hitch the boat, move the boat, unhitch the boat, hitch the van, move the van.
