16' Series Bike rack?

I'm back to find some more wisdom. Could any of you guys tell me about a bike rack that goes on the rear of an expanda? Is it possible?

ISI will do one and weld a bracket on the back of your van HOWEVER thats a lot of weight WAY behind the axle and very likely to cause a lot of sway and make it hard to load correctly and safely.
