Hate to say but toyota are really starting to price themselves out of the market. I love them but I think the dream of owning another will not be coming my way anytime soon. I miss my 80series and Hilux badly but they need to start being a bit more realistic. Just my thoughts and off topic. Jealousy is a curse I guess! Lol.
Can't recall seeing anyone on here with a Sahara, well out of my league. @achjimmy has the VX, reckon that would be the closest.
Yes Bmhdg they are well up there, so am looking to save as many $$ as possible
Disco 4 HSE.....$96K no options.....
just saying.....
Umm, just my 2 cents worth. I wouldn't touch a 200 at all. Especially if water is involved. The alternator dies when it gets wet. And they have heart failure when the voltage gets low. My 80 is giving me a ton of grief just now, but I'll stick with it.
Lcool is your best bet, but I recall seeing $107k mentioned before. They are a big jump over the next model but they have a few nice features tooThanks for the info Cracka
Hey Moto your right, last year was the 200's most successful in Australia. Yes they are expensive but like the Disco they are a lot of vehicle for the money.Yes, they might be dear but boy, there still selling well.

I'm looking at buying a new 200 series Sahara, and would be very interested to know what on road price deals others achieved on this forum, the best I have with a couple of enquiries is 107K ( no options )
Thanks Jimmy - but enlighten me - what is Lcool???
I hear you dingo, disco 4 HSE is a contender & a good rig but 3 main issues - 19 inch wheels ( with very little choice on alternate rubber) , cant fit an aux fuel tank without relocating the spare, and the ride is not as good as a 200
19" wheels...true. But savings over the LC will allow the 18" Compmotive rims opening up lots of options. Also a very strong rim used for Euro rally work.
Aux tanks/spare....true, and did both....
Ride comfort.....won't say you're wrong since it is subjective to the person, but many say the other way. Although that might not be to the Sahara level but VX/Altitude. I certainly found the LR much better myself
Oh okay I thought prem sound and DVD etc was still an option? When I looked at the D4 the options where $$$$$ and tied to having certain options before another option. I trap that SD had forewarned me about. The HSE has all the options. My next one will be the HSE. I have had the disco 3 for three years now and can't fault it.
