No idea. I'm a big bloke and come in at 115kg and my better half is only 55kg. Most nights one of the kids jumps in adding another 20kg. So what's that - 190kg and it's never shown any problems what so ever! Not sure if that helps -)

Googled the same question a few years ago when we first picked up a 2007 16.49.3. Couldn't find anything but from memory I did see something about Jayco campervans (Swan etc) had a 350kg limit? If I remember I'll ask at the dealer tomorrow when we pick our van up.

Hi there, a newbie here but I have been lurking!!! When we purchased our Expanda second hand, I have no idea which model it is but it has QS over draw bar and DB over rear. I asked Jayco Geelong what their beds were rated to as at the time hubby and I were in excess of 230kg and they said well over 300kg. Ours is a 2001 or 2002 with soft bed ends (no hard lid). Full height van.
The hard lid versions may be different as ours has the bars underneath like the Swans/Hawks etc.
