Bed end height

just wondering if anyone else that has a tourer has put led light strips along the edge of the bed lid to stop you walking into it in the dark

I find mine is very low and if not thinking having a chat and a beer I would do some damage to the van and possibly spill my beer not worried about me I'll heal

Me being a short @rse and having an OB don't have that issue but we use solar garden lights strategically placed at areas we need to be aware of. Has saved my shin a few times on the tow hitch and also from tripping on guy ropes on the awning!
