Bed end fans

Hi everyone,
anybody know why when i plug the light/fan in to my bed end on one side it works fine and on the other it spins reverse.Got me stuffed lol.

Perhaps polarity is reversed in the socket.

I had this problem too - and yes, the polarity was reversed in the socket. An easy fix.

Polarity (positive and negative) is definately wrong in the socket... The same as the double bed end of mine and a mates 17.56-2OB.

Hi mate, if you have a soldering iron you need to swap the wires over that go to the socket, just make sure your battery switch is off incase you blow a fuse. I don't think I've said welcome either....so welcome to this great site mate, and if I have, ignore the welcome

I have just had this fixed as part of warranty work @ Page Bros. I was going to do myself any thought I paid good money for the van and Jayco should work a little harder on the QA of their vans before they send them out.
