16' Series Bed Converter in 2005 Expanda (16.49)

Hi Guy's,

I'm new here and recently got a 2005 Expanda 16.49 with the shower and toilet. Loving it so far but wondering how to setup the bed converter for the lounge area.

I found a picture of someone with it setup and was wondering if anyone knows what timber/board I need to make to get this to work.. I've attached a photo of what it should look like and the board underneath.

I'd guess a good marine ply cut to exact size in one piece would work.

Do you have the supports already installed?

And the cushions!
