We stayed at Harrington Big 4 for 7 nights over the new year in 2015. The amenities I found were good and always clean, difficult for that time of the year.
We were on an unpowered site towards the northern end backing onto the road but it was generally quite. My only complaint with the park if you want to call it a complaint is the internal roads I found were narrow and with peak period of the kids running riot on bikes and scooters you had to keep your wits about you and cars parking in front of their sites you might have to give way to oncoming.

Spur of the moment trip this weekend, was great park. Suburbia to beach in an hour. Fresh amenities block, great swings, jumping pillow, nice hosts.Close to shops and stone throws to the beach. Pace.
