Curved or flat? Whats the consensus. We had curved on the 16.49, and in the hot sun they would leave stretched lines through the awning.

@Crusty181 i find even the black belt that you pull down the awning leaves stretch marks

I roll my pull strap back in on an angle, so the strap doesn't build up on its self ... and I also roll the strap up in a different position along the roller every time I use it. Keeps the marks and stretching to a minimum
