Decided to sell the annex, made six months ago and used for eight weeks. We were very happy with it but have decided it is not what we need and need to turn it into cash for fuel for our next trip.

Reduced to : $1000

Comes with:
Bags
pegs
ropes
1 pole
2 poles to connect sides to awning.
plastic window, (removable)
skirt

Except for a few small marks it is as new, with large windows made from breezaway when all sides are up there is a heap of light and breeze but still a fair deal of privacy. It comes with a removable plastic window that can be on either window and be opened without taking it off.

Both corners are zipped on for ease of set-up.

Entry at the back of the van close to van door. With magnetic strip.

The side are connected to the awning by plastic clips and a pole, so there is no need to buy a flap kit which in my opinion damages the awning, this system is much better.

All zips are YKK and all studs and eyelets are stainless steel.

I will supply S/S studs to connect the skirt to your van and 2 S/S cradles to connect the end poles to your roof.

More than happy to answer any questions as I have probably forgotten a few details.

If you look at the pictures of the back of the van you can see a rope track on the van, there is also a zip on the annex end that runs from the van to the end of the awning, they were put there to run a 1.8m. awning from the drivers side of the van to the outside of the awning. If you are interested in buying the annex, I can make the awning to fit for $150.

Aluminum rods are inserted into the flaps of the big windows to make them easier to roll up and also so they roll long ways so they fit in the front tunnel boot, will be happy to make new bags for free if they need to fit elsewhere.

Hi, Short answer, no.

How long is your van? More importantly how long is your awning? The annex itself is 3.75 m. long, I could put a door in the other end on the side wall.
