3M Cleaner & Wax and Liquid Wax

All,
Just found 2 bottles of 3M wax in a cupboard - must have been there from the delivery day but since it was in a bag with the toilet chemicals, didn't pay any attention to them.
Anyway, wondering whether they have been provided by Jayco, or the dealer. Did you receive 3M Cleaner & Wax or Liquid Wax? If so, what is your experience of using either product?
I was planning on polishing the van with my usual product - Mer Polish - prior to its first trip but now wondering whether to use Mer or either / both of these 3M products.

now I will have to try and find all the stuff when got when we got our Van (in 20013)

I remember something about cleaning - but just not what it was about

Also got the 2 bottles of wash and wax when we picked up the van.... Haven't used them yet as still have opened bottles that we had left over from the FG boat when we had it
