This preloved Caravan was manufactured December 2013 and ownership taken in 2014 from Watson Caravans in Coffs Harbour.
Due to up and coming lifestyle, work and schooling changes for 2016 we now find ourselves in a position where we, with much regret and emotion, must sell our immaculately looked after van.
If you want to get into relaxing - this caravan will be just the thing to put you into another work and another headspace.
The caravan has been fitted this year with a custom $600 canvas awning to the front of the expanda section providing both insulation and weather proofing to the bed end. It comes with 2 x Shade, weather protection screens that attatch to the Roll out Awning making a small protected enlcosed annexe
The caravan has not seen much use over the period that we have had it as I have never had the opportunity to re-fill any of the 2 x gas bottles.
The Van has not been used for storing or carting any recreational equipment or vehicles.
We have not had the opportunity to take the Van off-road , it has never seen gravel or dirt roads.
The Microwave has never been used.
The shower has never been used by us.
It comes with 2 x upgraded Solar panels which are 160 watts each.
It comes with an upgrade Sitec power panel.
It comes with a custom made easy to refill water tank system.
The hot water works fantastically and very quickly.
It comes with a custom installed 2 x water filter system which works a treat.
It comes with 2 x beds in the back compartment with a huge amount of storage cupboards all through the van.
The van also has a powerful Dometic roof top Air conditioning and heating unit.
The Oven has seen little use and the kitchen is like new.
We have done 1 x major 10 day trip in the van to Canberra and back since owning it.
It is an awesome van for a family.
The roll out awning is a breeze to use.
We have some custom made internal blackout screens which makes sleeping in very easy.
Complete with Deluxe reversing camera installed on the back of the van.
The back lift up lid with roll down screen is just perfect for making more space and enhancing some really nice views. So relaxing
