This morning we had the handover of the new Expanda Outback 17.56-2 which we ordered late November last year. In our long list of options we asked for inner spring mattresses both ends. At hand over I queried our sales rep about the 2012 brocure where it lists the inner springs as standard and politely pointed out that we had been charged a total of $412 for the 2 matresses in our final quote and sign off. They were very good and said they would check their paperwork and came back and told us that we were correct and hence took $412 off the final amount we werer due to pay. They were very good about it.

Damm right they were good about it because they were pulling a fast one on you from the start... Good work pulling them up in it. Jayco tried the same thing with us only last week, only the salesman was left with egg on his face when he realized he wasn't dealing with a complete mug.
