The van has never been cooked in, the grill is brand new and has never been used and the cook top has only been used to boil the kettle.
Both mattresses have had protectors covering them and the van floor has had carpet on it to prevent wear and tear.
Queen size front bed, rear double bed, SMEV 4 burner gas cooktop (one 240V element) with griller with 12V iginition and flame failure device, Dometic 3 way fridge, convertable club lounge and dinette seating allowing van to sleep 7 to 8 people (converter not included for club lounge).
Tyres are like brand new and registration valid till late February 2015
