I was looking at buying the $500 Jayco veranda for the front of the van and saw one of these on special at Supercheap. $180 plus $30 for a Jayco awning pole.
All self contained, poles foldaway into bag as does the canvas. Attaches to existing bracket on van and hole in barrel.

Great find - it appears to be longer than the collapsible awning strut - how did you attach to it?

Conduit saddles, to mount the pole to the back of the awning in place of the supplied u-bolts. Will take some pics tomorrow and post.
