Hi All,
Has anyone considered ordering this layout?

We have a 16.49-1 and our 2 girls are now wanting to take friends on hols. So far we have used the annexe as a bedroom for 2 kids but with the 20 series vans we could sacrifice the ensuite for more bunks.

Any thoughts on resale?

How about a Basesation 21.66-6 and set up the rear toy storage as a bedroom with two sets of bunks. You still get an ensuit this way, and great resale value.

My life isn't worth living to even suggest removing the ensuite from our van.

Makes those 3am runs to the bathroom so much easier when I can just continue sleeping!

...not to mention the option to easier free camping. Another vote to keep the en-suite, only considered a luxury by those that haven't got one.

We would have loved a 20-63-1 but we needed an extra bed space so we will wait for 20-63-2. Kids didn't like the triple bunk version, we tried. I would be happy to lose ward robe space and have a fold out bed at the rear. The toilet shower combo is awesome in that model. Your resale potential would be destroyed.
