Well it has been 2 months since I got the van and have been on a 1 week trip to Kalbarri and figured out what we were missing so have spent the rest of the time sorting out my mod list and thought it was time to share, so thanks to all that gave me inspiration with there ideas and photos!
Picked the van up today after being in the workshop for 2 days getting a few mods done which required fabricating and welding.
spare tire was removed and replaced with a nice big well for hoses and bits and pieces to clear out the boot a little, the boys fabricated me a mount for my bike rack and it is solid as a rock and I am very happy with it.
tried it out with the bike on and its perfect
since getting the axles underslung and taking a bad fall up at Kalbarri after a few too many and the weber in my hand and forgetting how high the step was that needed to be sorted
changed all the legs to alko drop down
rear winch mounted spare
Bluetooth audio system with awning light which has been great even when out the front doing the mods comes in handy
copied someone's idea with cutting the notch out of the latches to save them from snapping which is ingenious
fitted a new tap because the original is too small to do anything with
stays nice and dry so far and have a soap/shampoo dispenser on the way so will sort that too when it arrives
12v socket and usb charger
a loop for securing the awning .
the only thing that's on my to do list now is fit the 100mm tube for awning poles which I haven't gotten round to yet and go away in a couple weeks for the weekend to test it all out!
