As it turns out I don't have any pics of it set up, I'll have to wait till it stops raining now to set it up and get some. @Gavin Harris

No upgrade at the moment, buying a house, the contract is signed, only selling to make sure I have enough funds at settlement, if I can save enough then I won't be selling(the only reason for moving is is I have no where to store the caravan lol, now I'm moving I need to sell)
