I really like all but one aspect of my Expanda. The thing I think is a problem is that when you have the van level, water sits on the roof. The roof is even slightly concave and that holds a lot of water. Has anyone fitted another lining on the top? What a job that would be.

Its not just expandas most vans do, my old Tardis was the same and my full size non pop top rig, Big Mal has a number of small lakes that form in hollows ......... I have always kept a good inspection of the roof sealant and it gets cleaned regularly, 15 yrs old and no leaks so far................

Same here with my pop top JJOB...especially if running the air cond for a while...I always try to leave a few degrees drop to the rear so any water will hopefully run down the back...
