It may seem a small and insignificant thing but Teflon tape is a very handy thing to have in the kit. When connecting the hose to the tap for water to the van you won't have water dribbling and spraying out at the tap.

I had a 15A power plug fitted out the back of my place for the Van

I have several of the hose connectors for the tap
2 x water hoses - 1 x 30m, 1 x 20m (just in case.............)
2 x power leads - 1 x 10m, 1 x 30m
Axel stand for the front of the Van, then the jockey wheel gets put away - stops tossers at night from shopping
blocks of wood for under the legs
ratchet & socket for the leg winding down (dont have as much distance to do as some, my van is not that high dont need cordless drill for that- @Smirke - )
mat for awning area
CHAIRS - makes it hard to "sit" outside without them
a table - the one on the side of our van is taken up by Coffee machine
a stand for the Engel (full of drinks) - stops little ones from going into the big fridge all the time

oh, and one of these

:D

You win ;)

A few things on your list I overlooked.ie Axle stand, ratchet and socket will prob be in the toolbox.

only have 1 power lead and water hose

Have got a sparky coming soon to do other work so he can do the 15A plug.

Don't have an Engel yet (working on it) and we have no little ones
