Do you think a portable freezer could work in similar side slide out as you've done with webbe/genie? Need more robust slide. Might be too high though?

I have drawer runners in the back of my ute that extend 1200 mm and can carry 227 kgs extended so the runners will carry the weight if the height of the box is adequate,

Yep, should be fine, the drawer runners will be strong enough, but the height might be an issue, I can only just fit the generator by about 5 mm and I couldn't make the box any higher as the front bed lid wouldn't en(only about 5 mm left to spare
