Electrical We had the air conditioning on and I think we have blown a fuse. The microwave isn't working either

Have you checked the circuit breaker? Fuses are related to the 12 volt power, the circuit breaker is for the 240 volt. The circuit breaker is the same as what would be in your meter box at home. Mine is located in a cupboard above my fridge. It will depend on what model you have as to where it would be located.
As well as check the main power box or the power cord could be broken.
We overloaded ours by running a few too many things and the safety switch flipped.

air cond and microwave are the only things in my van that require 240v. If the supply has been interrupted then lights etc will still work just not those 2 things. start at the power pole and work your way back. Could have tripped circuit breaker at power pole or in van.
