I have a 20.63-1 which I bought second hand and want to convert the U shaped lounge/table into a bed. Can anyone please send me some pics or info on the standard Jayco method of supporting the table when dropped? I am assuming that I will get a cushion made up from an upholsterer to fit in the gap or is it better just getting Jayco to do it. If you have had it done what did it cost?

Thanks in advance, Mick.

If it is the same as the swan, all we did was to get some wood from bunnings and cut to shape. I then went to Clark rubber and got some foam cut to the right "wedge" size and made a cover for it. Didn't cost much at all. Jayco wanted a huge amount for the same thing. We didn't put any kind of support under the wood, as we found when sleeping on it, your weight gets spread out. (Hubby slept on it for about a year while the youngest was little). Used it for 5 years quite regularly with no issues.
