Made the drawers today and fitted the runners, almost ready to bolt in.

Nice job SS. I thought they car service centers used a hole saw to create the hole for the snorkel. I would have never thought of tin snips.

I agree with the others, about the hole. It is not an easy feeling putting a 114mm hole saw thought the side, feels pretty violent as well. But a good job to do on your own. I never trust installers to seal it up properly.

Got to love a car build up, keep up the good work.

Have you used an aftermarket hitch? I have just put a deposit on a new 200 and trying to work out which hitch will suit the Expand better?

try and do what SS has done and get the wiring but not the hitch. It's pretty useless on the 200 especially if you lift it. Mines sitting at 600mm and that's with the lower onroad hitch. Only way the Expanda is going to work is if I weld the vans hitch to the top of the a frame.
